Flexible Hose:
FTL's Core Business, was established in 1966.
Supplier of both high and low volume flexible hose
assemblies to such industries as gas (industrial and
domestic), Semi-Conductor, defence, Petroleum,
cryogenics, heating and ventilation and power generation.
This covers a broad sector of manufacturing and process
industries.
FTL acts as Expert and Solution Provider to many of its
customers offering concept, design, cost reduction and
CIP activities.
Power Steering Noise Attenuators:
FTL Company Ltd is the UK's leading supplier of power
steering noise attenuators, supplying over 100,000 parts
per week to World's leading power steering
manufacturers.
FTL 'Automotive' is a living example of the success that
can be achieved by Lean Thinking, working with
Customers and investing in people & processes.
Payphone Handset Manufacture:
FTL's Payphone Handset manufacture business was
established in the 1970s following an approach by the GPO
(later to become British Telecom) with the aim of
improving the resilience of payphone handsets by using a
stainless steel protective sheath to connect the handset
to the payphone itself.
Hose Manufacture:
From 1/8" to 10" diameter steel flexile hoses to and
pipe-work to meet the demands of the industries we
serve
Corrugated metal hoses to BS6501 pt1:200 and industry standard or special fittings to customer requirements
Vibration Eliminators:
To suit 1/4" 4 1/8" stainless steel corrugated core &
braid, cleaned and dried, packed for service in
refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems
Gas Meter Connectors:
For low and medium pressure gas Service
Domestic, Commercial & Industrial Flexes and Fabrication Available
Cooling Coils:
Stainless Steel hose are very effective in cooling due to
large surface area
Coils supplied from 1/4" to 1" diameter
Fabrications:
Carbon & Stainless steel fabrications from 1/2" NB to
12" NB
Automotive:
- 6-9mm diam steel twin-wire. Accurate Cut to length.
- Variety of steel end fitting (caps, hose connectors)
- Yellow or Clear Passivate Plating
